Project Manager Experience: Construction/restoration/renovation/carpentry

 

Your tasks as a project manager?

• You are responsible for the follow-up of your projects

• You ensure the correct guidance, optimization and realization of your assigned projects (technical, financial and administrative aspects = PC and IT mindet)

• As a key figure between client, employees in the studio, and office, you are the point of contact.

• You plan the work of your own employees and manage subcontractors, installers, foreman, architect, etc.

• The coordination of your projects is also your responsibility, taking into account the costs involved for a smooth delivery + site meetings

• Of course, administration is also part of it: following up on quotes, progress reports, orders, ensuring that materials are available = logistics flow, etc.

 

Profile

• + 3 years of experience as a project manager in construction/renovation, restaurant/interior design, carpentry, etc.

• You are able to closely monitor work and communicate about it.

• You want a job with responsibility.

• You are flexible regarding hours and distance.

• You don't have a 9 to 5 attitude.

• Experience with customization!

 

Professional skills

• Determine the technical, material and financial resources based on the implementation plans. Optimize the working methods.

• Checking the supply of supplies, materials and building materials

• Present the site, planning, construction method and regulations to those involved
